Exomad Green closed out 2025 by reaching a new delivery milestone: 48,550 tonnes of CO₂ removed and delivered in a single month, marking the company’s highest monthly delivery to date.
This achievement represents nearly 20% of Exomad Green’s total lifetime deliveries, underscoring the rapid pace of growth and the increasing maturity of its operations. In a global context, the milestone is equally significant — accounting for approximately 3% of all carbon dioxide removal (CDR) deliveries in the industry.
The record-breaking month follows the successful expansion of Exomad Green’s facilities and reflects a deliberate focus on scaling capacity while maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity in biochar-based carbon removal.
The December milestone was made possible through a combination of expanded infrastructure and continuous operational improvements. Growth in Exomad Green’s Riberalta and Concepción facilities has increased overall production capacity.

A Meaningful Contribution to the Global CDR Market
Delivering nearly 50,000 tonnes of CO₂ in a single month places Exomad Green among the most impactful contributors in the global CDR ecosystem. At a time when durable carbon removal remains supply-constrained, milestones of this scale demonstrate what is possible when industrial execution, long-term vision, and trusted partnerships align.
Exomad Green’s monthly record was possible by collaboration with industry partners including Supercritical, Senken, Carbonfuture, and South Pole, whose role in facilitating transactions and market access has been instrumental in accelerating delivery.

As Exomad Green continues to scale, its focus remains unchanged: more impact, delivered responsibly. The company’s growth trajectory is centered on expanding durable carbon removal capacity while extending positive environmental and social outcomes in the regions where it operates.
With additional expansion underway, Exomad Green is positioned to further increase its contribution to global carbon removal efforts in the years ahead — proving that scale and integrity can advance together.
About Exomad Green
Exomad Green partners with over 50 vetted sawmills across Bolivia, collecting sustainable forestry residues that were once incinerated and transforming them into high-quality biochar through advanced pyrolysis technology. This process permanently locks carbon into a stable form for hundreds of years while generating tangible environmental and community benefits.
The company currently operates two active facilities, with a third facility under development, set to come online in 2026. Exomad Green’s long-term ambition is to reach one gigaton of CO2 removal per year positioning itself as a global leader in sustainable, biochar-based carbon removal.
