At Exomad Green, we believe sustainability extends beyond environmental impact to supporting the communities around us. Each year, we dedicate time to giving back by investing in culture, education, and health. We provide musical instruments to foster creativity, school supplies to support education, and medical equipment to improve healthcare access. Beyond this, we continue to make an impact year-round by donating biochar to indigenous communities and local farmers to enhance soil health and lastly contributing to infrastructure projects that benefit the community. Reducing carbon is essential, but creating lasting social impact is just as important.

Relationship with Indigenous Local Communities
Exomad Green is not just revolutionizing the green technology sector; we’re also creating a positive and lasting impact within our community. We are proud to provide 200 green tech jobs, each playing a crucial role in the green revolution. Our employees are not just part of a workforce—they are part of a mission for global change toward sustainable practices.
In addition to creating these vital job opportunities, we strictly adhere to all local and national regulations regarding workers’ rights and benefits. This means we provide the necessary insurance and social benefits for our employees, ensuring they are not only part of a transformative movement but also well-protected and cared for.
Beyond employment, our commitment to environmental justice extends directly to the land and communities around us. A key part of this is our biochar donation program, which provides local farmers with a powerful tool to regenerate soils degraded by agriculture or arid conditions. By improving soil structure and fertility, this initiative not only reduces emissions and enhances environmental health, but also supports sustainable agriculture and climate resilience in some of the regions most vulnerable to change. Restoring soil is at the heart of our mission—it’s where ecological recovery and community empowerment meet.

Air Quality
At Exomad Green, we are committed to creating sustainable solutions while improving the quality of life for our community. We repurpose hardwood residues that were previously burned due to limited storage space at sawmills, a practice that released harmful pollutants into the air. Our innovative process transforms this byproduct into biochar, significantly reducing air pollution and preventing these harmful emissions.
Our efforts improve air quality for approximately 250,000 individuals, contributing to better overall health and well-being. By preventing the release of pollutants daily, we help reduce the incidence of respiratory and cardiovascular issues, creating a healthier living environment for the community.
In addition to health benefits, our work also lowers fire risks at sawmills and in nearby towns by minimizing the buildup of combustible materials. By safely repurposing these residues, we enhance operational safety and contribute to a more secure community.

Land Restoration
At Exomad Green, one of our most impactful contributions lies in our land restoration efforts, spearheaded by our biochar donation program. Instead of commercializing our biochar, we’ve chosen to donate it entirely to indigenous communities and local farmers, supporting their efforts to revive degraded and arid soils. This work helps bring vitality back to lands that have suffered from years of agricultural stress, making them once again suitable for growing food and sustaining livelihoods.
By restoring these lands, we aim to reduce the need to convert additional areas into farmland, focusing instead on making the most of existing agricultural spaces. These efforts are not just about soil health—they’re about building long-term resilience for rural communities, improving food security, and fostering a deeper connection between climate action and local empowerment. For us, land restoration is a key pillar of our climate mission, linking carbon removal with real, regenerative change on the ground.
At Exomad Green, our commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship is deeply embedded in our operations. We don't just adhere to local and national regulations - we strive to exceed them, going above and beyond to ensure that our impact is positive and far-reaching.
Key to our operations is a comprehensive circular system, which involves the repurposing of waste products. We harness the syngas and bio-oil, both byproducts of the biochar production process, thereby reducing waste and furthering our commitment to a circular economy.
We're continuously innovating, seeking to implement the latest green technologies that allow us to operate more efficiently and sustainably. At Exomad Green, we believe in setting the bar high when it comes to environmental responsibility, and our actions reflect this commitment.
