DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY WITH WORKERS
EXOMAD S.A., in its commitment to sustainability, respect for people, and responsible management of its operations, establishes this policy for the handling and resolution of disputes as part of its organizational management.
This mechanism aims to ensure that any disagreement, complaint, or claim related to the company's activities is addressed in a timely, fair, and transparent manner, promoting relationships based on trust, respect, and continuous improvement.
The company ensures that all disputes will be handled under principles of equity, confidentiality, impartiality, non-retaliation, and informed participation, guaranteeing people's right to express their concerns without fear of adverse consequences.
To this end, appropriate mechanisms are provided for the receipt, evaluation, and resolution of disputes, including internal mediation instances and, when appropriate, referral to external mechanisms in accordance with current regulations.
This policy applies to workers, communities, suppliers, clients, and other parties related to the company's activities, considering the possible social, environmental, and operational impacts that may arise from its operations.
Its implementation contributes to the prevention of conflicts, the strengthening of relationships with involved parties, and the continuous improvement of organizational performance.
This document is aligned with current labor regulations in Bolivia and with applicable requirements for responsible resource management, including the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) standards for Bolivia, specifically indicators 2.6.1, 2.6.2, 2.6.3, and 2.6.4.
2. PL-307 Anti-Corruption Policy
ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY
1. OBJECTIVE
To establish the principles, guidelines, and criteria of conduct that must govern the behavior of all Exomad personnel, aimed at preventing, identifying, managing, and sanctioning any form of corruption, ensuring that all activities are carried out with integrity, transparency, responsibility, and compliance with current regulations, while protecting the company's resources, operations, and reputation.
2. SCOPE
This policy is mandatory for all Exomad workers, without exception, regardless of their hierarchical level, function, or type of contract. It applies to all activities, decisions, and relationships developed within the framework of the company.
3. DEVELOPMENT
Exomad establishes a zero-tolerance policy against corruption, understood as the abuse of power or the improper use of functions, resources, or information to obtain personal benefits or benefits for third parties. This policy defines not only prohibitions but also clear guidelines that guide the daily operations of personnel.
3.1. Applicable Regulatory Framework This policy is based on the current legal regulations of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, as well as international principles of business integrity.
3.2. Commitment of Senior Management and Personnel Senior Management assumes active leadership and commitment to the prevention of corruption. All workers assume an individual commitment to act with integrity, reject any improper practice, strictly comply with this policy, and report any situation that may constitute an act of corruption.
3.3. Corruption Risk Management Exomad implements a preventive approach based on corruption risk management through periodic identification, analysis, and evaluation of
risks in all processes, especially in critical areas.
3.4. Types of Corruption Acts of corruption include bribery, misappropriation of resources, fraud, and influence peddling.
3.5. Prohibition of Bribery and Undue Benefits It is strictly prohibited to offer, promise, authorize, request, or accept money, gifts, favors, or any type of benefit intended to influence decisions directly or indirectly.
3.6. Forms of Bribery Bribery can occur in various forms, such as cash payments, gifts, invitations, unjustified discounts, etc. These situations must be identified and rejected immediately.
3.7. Proper Use of Resources All company resources must be used exclusively for work purposes. Misuse constitutes misappropriation and is treated as a serious offense.
3.8. Conflicts of Interest Personnel must avoid any situation where personal, family, or economic interests may interfere with Exomad's interests. Any conflict must be declared promptly.
3.9. Information Management All information must be truthful, complete, and verifiable. Manipulation or concealment of information is prohibited.
3.10. Red Flags Personnel must be alert to situations that may indicate corruption risks.
3.11.–3.19. (Obligation to report, reporting procedure, preventive measures, differentiation between disputes and crimes, sanctions, legal actions, relations with third parties, culture of integrity, etc.) are detailed in the full policy.
4. OBSERVATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS Non-compliance with this policy constitutes a serious offense. Ignorance of the policy does not exempt anyone from liability.

INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY
In EXOMAD, quality management, environmental care, climate change management, and occupational health and safety are fundamental principles of the organizational model and leadership. These principles guide planning, decision-making, and the execution of all activities.
The organization is committed to managing its processes effectively and in a controlled manner, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements, customer and stakeholder satisfaction, the prevention of environmental impacts (including greenhouse gas emissions management), the protection of people's physical integrity and health, and the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System through a risk- and opportunity-based approach.
EXOMAD develops its operations under criteria of environmental responsibility and prevention, promoting the efficient use of resources, pollution prevention, proper waste management, hazard identification and control, reduction of occupational and environmental risks, and the measurement, monitoring, and management of its carbon footprint.
The company also promotes actions for climate change mitigation and adaptation, the strengthening of a sustainable organizational culture, the development of competencies, and transparency in environmental performance.
The Integrated Management System is managed as a strategic tool for legal compliance, achievement of organizational objectives, long-term business sustainability, and value creation in a low-carbon economy.
4. PL-603 Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Policy
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY
EXOMAD maintains its PL-102 "Integrated Management System Policy" and commits to:
I. Provide a framework for establishing and reviewing the objectives of the integrated management system, improving processes in an integral and continuous manner.
II. Comply with legal requirements in Occupational Health & Safety and Environment relevant to our activities, as well as other requirements subscribed by the Company, the Country, and our clients.
III. Prevent risks, reduce the rates of incidents, occupational diseases, pandemics, and environmental contamination.
IV. Assess environmental aspects and impacts in every Activity, Work, and Project carried out, obtaining a better quality of life for our clients, suppliers, and communities.
V. Promote the improvement of personnel performance in Health, Occupational Safety, and Environment matters through a plan of internal and external training.
VI. Continuously evaluate and measure the satisfaction of our Clients and other interested parties, respecting the fulfillment of their Quality, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
5. PL-104 Public Consultation Plan Policy
PUBLIC CONSULTATION PLAN POLICY
1. OBJECTIVE
To establish the guidelines for the planning, execution, and monitoring of public consultation and socialization processes at EXOMAD, ensuring clear, timely, and structured communication with stakeholders, as well as the proper management of their opinions, concerns, and expectations.
2. SCOPE
This policy applies to all projects and activities developed by EXOMAD that require interaction with external stakeholders, including communities, authorities, institutions, organizations, and other actors linked to the organization's environment.
3. DEVELOPMENT
3.1. Identification of Stakeholders Identify all relevant parties (local communities, authorities, institutions, social organizations, etc.) prior to any socialization activity.
3.2. Definition of the Consultation Process Define the objective, type of interaction (informative, participatory, or validation), and level of involvement required.
3.3. Planning of the Public Consultation Plan Include stakeholders, communication methods, schedule, responsible parties, and information to be presented.
3.4. Execution of the Public Consultation Present the project clearly, generate open dialogue, and promote active participation in an environment of respect and transparency.
3.5. Management of Observations Record, analyze, and consider stakeholder comments and recommendations when relevant.
3.6. Activity Registration Maintain documentary evidence (minutes, participant lists, photos, reports, etc.).
3.7. Follow-up Monitor commitments, relevant observations, and the need for further interactions.
